Owner

I have over 15 years of professional cooking and customer service experience in the food industry. When I’m not creating in the kitchen alongside our awesome kitchen staff, I can usually be found sharing home cooked meals with friends and family, taking road trips, or visiting a new corner of the world.

I am the luckiest man to be married to my best friend, travel buddy and business partner Cassandra. Together with Rabs and David, the four of us make the best dream team one could ever ask for. I am blessed to have these special and hardworking people on my team, as well as the community that have embraced us and our dream.

I am a Red Seal Pastry Chef with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Opening Duft & Co alongside my husband has been a dream come true, and I am extremely grateful for the support it has received and the amazing people I've met along the way.

When I'm not busy baking and eating you can find me dabbling in photography, hanging with friends and family, binge watching trash TV and traveling the world!

Operations Manager

With an educational and professional background in Business Administration, I've been part of the Duft & Co team since 2015. I love what we've created not only because we make bomb pastries but I also have the opportunity to work alongside the most extraordinary people.

As well as being the company manager, I am an accredited baby whisperer, lover of all things miniature and professional hugger.

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family, traveling, reading and pursuing my never ending quest to find Scott Eastwood!

David

Kitchen Manager

I am a Red Seal pastry chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. Born and raised in the Lower Mainland I was introduced to culinary arts by my step father who opened up my eyes to a broader food scene. I got my start as a cook in local kitchens, eventually moving into the world of baking and pastry.

Since joining the team in 2014 I have been fortunate to work in an environment that values the quality of our products and the commitment to service that exists at Duft & Co.

Outside of work, I am an avid disc golfer and love spending time with my wife and two kids.
